Ceras Viktoria | | | | This once was the manor of the Hellsing family, where five generations of Hellsings lived here, hunting vampires. The last one, Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing, passed away and so, her sucessor Penwood took over the organization, along with his friend, guardian and assistant, Seras Victoria.

In 2035, that word is meant literally.. the "uptown" begins at ten meteres above the ground and stops at about 400.Skyscrapers have entire neighbourhoods inside them, and they`re connected by bridges with strong glass surrounding them. It is most definately one of the amazeing archivements of the newer age.

Outside, it has a pretty garden, but high walls with an eletric fence on the top.Here, the Section 13 and all its soldiers have thier residence, with limited time to go out. Sinners aren`t allowed in here, and Vampires will be shot at sight.200 armed fanatics are ready to do so.
